In an unassuming corner building, there's a little repair shop. Inside, there are parts and phones for sale on the walls and in a glass case counter, but it was the sudden feeling of relaxation that came over me once i stepped in the door that i noticed first. A broken phone is stressful, and when i entered the store, i immediately had the feeling that everything to do with the phone would be fine. These people know what they are doing, and that confidence is prevalent. There was an unorganized line of customers in there, and i was uncertain exactly where to place myself until the smiling employee pointed to someone sitting in the middle of the line, calling him to the counter. These guys don't miss anything, including who came in the door in what order. I was thrilled with the service i got, but i had the joy of seeing that kind of service given to everyone in line in front of me. This is a great business. Break your phone. It's worth it.
